「I’ll start by giving credit where it’s due: the owners did a nice job restoring and decorating this old, historic property. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end for us. We booked a **premium room**, which according to Expedia is not the less expensive room categories. What we got was a third-floor room with **no elevator**, directly next to and almost above the main street. The room had no proper windows—only wooden panels with large gaps and openings all around them. It felt like we...

「The staff were very pleasant, courteous and attentive. The room was immaculate. The staff kept their poise and composure during and after the earthquake!!」

「Comfortable clean and modern boutique style hotel in the heart of Peñón. Our double room was very large with sofa area, and large bathroom with shower. Breakfast is complimentary at the restaurant downstairs. There is also a great coffee shop downstairs. Very helpful staff and hotel is pet friendly- our pup Martina had a great time as did we. All the restaurants bars and shops of El Peñón right outside.」

「The hotel is next to the park. In the night a lot of people go to the park to play drums and party. The hotels sound proof facilities are very bad so all the time you can hear people passing by at your door or people talking outside and the drum and party outside is especially annoying. When you go to take breakfast, you need to pass by the toilet which is next to the elevator and next to the breakfast area. And the toilet is very smelly… the worst case what happened was the cleaning lady mixed...
