「From the city, it was about 30 mins longer than expected to reach the place because the bridge backs up every week night. That is not the host's fault, adding it as info. Once we got there, we could not figure out which room was ours or where the room was as nobody was there and the doors had no signage. After contacting the host, they were able to point us to the right door for our rooms. The place is pretty rundown but we decided to give it a shot. The power went out about 2 hours later but...

「Muy tarde el desayuno.」

「When we arrived we were not provided a door code to get in the building and waited out front going over all the emails in case we just missed seeing the code, to no avail. Eventually a man opened the door but he wasn't the host but he did build the hotel. He finally whatsapped the host to find out which room was ours, but again we were given no code. The ring camera at the door didnt work either. Had he not opened the door by mere chance we never would have been able to get in and we would...

「Buen lugar para pasar en familia, excelentes instalaciones y espectacular vista. Sin duda regresaremos.」

「Rooms were clean, looks just like the photos, cleaned every day. Staff was lovely, especially the ones at the restaurant! Lovely lovely experience with them! Breakfast every morning was spectacular. Did not get a chance to try the pool but it looked beautiful! 9/10 I must mention the matcha and the view from the gym, immaculate!」

「Very clean and spacious place. Loved the back deck/balcony. Rooms were good sized and nice comfortable beds. Great view of the ocean, steps away.」

「La atención」

「We stayed for one night as a family of five. Unfortunately, the room had a very strong smell of fresh paint, which the gentleman at reception did mention. However, with no windows or proper ventilation, the fumes were overwhelming and negatively affected our stay. On a positive note, the bed was comfortable. I hope the hotel ensures newly painted rooms are properly ventilated before assigning them to guests.」

「Bueno 」

「I had such a tranquil experience at this resort. Jovany is amazing and so helpful! It was my first time in Panama and this place welcomed me and it felt like home. I am definitely coming back. My secret sanctuary ❤️❤️」

「The company show you one apartment and then give you another one I pay for a apartment with one bed and one sofa bed and no sofa bed in the room the apartment It was not the same as what was offered Be careful not to get scammed, as happened to me: the owner told me the apartment had been modified—it was being rented out at a higher price, but without the sofa bed.」

「All of the above!」

「Perfect」

「I had trouble with the internet thexwhole time. It's cut off and on everytime you leave so it just wasn't connecting for periods. There was mold on the ceiling and seemed to get worst for the 30 day stay. The staff was great. Especially Juaguin at front desk. Also didn't get one hot shower or kitchen sink. Overall its a great hotel just needs some more care. No patio furniture in this unit 36h.」
