「The room was lovely, great bathroom, comfy bed and a nice balcony which got the sun in the evening. We really liked the location too. It was a 3 minute walk from the bus stop for the airport bus and then a 10 minute walk to the funicular to the old town. Check in was super easy, but you do need a phone to check in. There isn’t a reception. We ate near the hotel rather than going back up to the old town and there are some lovely restaurants nearby. 」

「A quiet, serene spot, right in the old city of Bergamo. There's a lovely, calm garden area, and our room was bright and welcoming, Though the bathroom wasn't en suite, it was private and spacious. It was a bit odd to not interact with any staff (there is an electronic check-in process), we didn't have any issues so there was no need to contact anyone. Very close to lots of restaurants and cafes and beautiful sites to explore. 」

「Godt hotel med høj standard for rengøring, service og morgenbuffet. Værelserne er fine og hr en god størrelse. Hotellet ligger i gå afstand til den gamle bydel, samt til shopping」

「Beautiful, easily accessible hotel! We have been there several times, but if we are in the area, we will stay here again next time! Spacious, clean, comfortable room, with a perfect bathroom! The staff is very kind and helpful! The breakfast is excellent! I recommend it to everyone!」

「Perfekt beliggenhet og flott rom. Eneste minuset: vi var på reise i Italia, og visste at dette er et ubemannet hotell. Vi ventet på en bekreftelseslink, og ble veldig stresset da vi ikke fikk kontakt med hotellet 24 timer før ankomst. Hotels.com var supre på telefonen og tilbydde oss hjelp.
