「Hotel Murcia Rincon de Pepe was the perfect hotel to stay in Murcia. The staff were very professional, friendly, courteous, and helpful. They always greeted with a big smile making us feel welcome. Located in the heart of downtown, the hotel is steps away from the Murcia Cathedral and near all eating and shopping venues. The entire facility was impeccable and well maintained. The room was very spacious and extremely clean. Parking is close by and also in a very safe area. Breakfast was...

「I was really expecting a lot more from this hotel, from the reviews I read from other guests. I was disappointed from a few things:
• Windowless inside room
• No towels in the room
• The room not ready as requested (2 beds)
• Lack of parking instructions before arriving
• Glass bathroom door - lack of privacy
The breakfast was just OK.
Liked other hotels I stayed at in Murcia before. Not impressed by this ones」
