「This was in a good location and the managers were wonderful but I don’t recommend. Unfortunately the air conditioning was not working and took a few hours to fix and after some heavy winds there was a strong sewer smell in the bathroom. Also the Hotels.com advertising was incorrect. No spa no airport transfer.」

「Quite possibly the most dishonest hotel I've stayed at.  Whilst it's beautiful and serene, with a lovely beach, please be warned of some of the practices deployed by staff.  We booked an airport transfer upon arrival: the driver arrived at the exact time of us landing (which cabbie does this??) and we were charged a wait time.
