"We had a fabulous 10 days at Prime Energise. Sadly Hotel.com booked an incorrect room however the hotel did as much as they could to help us. We booked a suite with a full terrace however we only had a small balcony, was annoying but we made sure it did not affect our stay.
We had full board which meant we cold either choose from the buffet meals or 20 euro spend towards the The al a carte menu. We choose the al a carte and it was absolutely outstanding with many of the meals below 20 euros anyway. Staff were all so friendly and attentive.
The rooftop pool and bar area are again really good and always had spare loungers. Personally we could do without the music but that's just our preference.
The beaches at Monte Gordo are outstandingly beautiful with lots of lovely beachside restaurants and bars.
We visited Vila Real, Tavira and also hopped over to Ayemonte for the day, all close and certainly should not be missed."
