"They wouldn’t let anyone check in until 4pm even if some of the rooms were already cleaned. Around 100 people sitting around the property just waiting to check in. I booked this hotel because it had a pool and we planned on relaxing by the pool until room was ready. The pool wasn’t open and pool area didn’t look anything like the pictures. Stood in line for 1 hour 35 minutes to check into room (still probably 40 people behind me). Very inefficient. The room itself was clean and big. Would never stay there again."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made my stay very relaxing. The staff provided outstanding service from check-in to check-out and were always friendly, professional, and willing to help with any questions or requests. The hotel was well-kept, and the attention to detail was evident throughout the property. I truly appreciated the warm hospitality and excellent customer service. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay with a team that genuinely cares about its guests. I look forward to staying here again in the future."

"They charged me too much money for the stay because I’ve arrived the next day . I had some problems with my travel yet they cancelled my booking and I had to pay again. Hotel is very far from the Madrid center and trains don’t work after 11pm . So if you go out prepare to take expensive taxi!! Stuff barely speaks English and there is lots of misscomunication . Light in the room was too dark and dim. Also I couldn’t keep open my curtains because the guy outside was watering the flowers and was watching me in my underwear."

"The check in was easy (since I used the app they sent) and the staff was super friendly. However we asked and were priced for a room for 3. The room size was smaller than usual with 2 additional beds stuffed in. There was no room to even move around and the place looked like a store room. It was one night, so we endured. The restaurant is very nice with and priced well."
