「 Motel was very run down, door was open when we arrived and the heater did not work. It was 20 degrees outside and the room was very cold. When we asked for help, the staff implied that we broke the heater by simply trying to turn it on. Said to give it some time because I pushed too many buttons (on, high, heat were pushed). When we asked to be transferred to another room, staff indicated the room we were in was the best one they had. We were moved to an adjacent identical room. The doors...

「We love Drury because the rooms are always clean and no mold in the bathrooms. We enjoy the Kickback dinner and the free breakfast so we don't have to find a restaurant to eat at. And I enjoy getting in the hot tub/jacuzzi by the pool to relax after a long drive!」

The staff when checked out was completely ignoring me was too busy on his phone to pay attention to me standing there to ask a question and check out. Room had stinky stuff on the stand and had blood stain or something on the bed sheets. Rooms are outdated but worked for what we needed for a quick stay.」

「Property was undergoing major updating which meant there was a feeling of things being undone. However, the breakfast served the best coffee and scrambled eggs I have had in a motel.」

Towels could’ve been new or gently used, some had staines on it. One of the elevators were non functional but no sign it was just obvious when only one kept going up and down.」

The room was clean enough, but bed sheets were old, pillows old, comforter had burned holes from smoking I imagine, but did not smell like smoke. I didn’t complain because “You pay for what you get.” Breakfast was nonexistent, only 3 little sad muffins. They really need to erase “Breakfast” from their advertising. I wish I could have cancelled as soon as I walked in, but it was too...

「Friendly and helpful staff. We changed rooms as there was an issue with the toilet and the door unlocking. Staff were very accommodating. Pool is not open. Bed was very comfy and breakfast good. Great value」
