Arrival was great. We had a great experience . Hit water was broken and they kindly change us room . No drinking water at rooms for free so you have to prepare . Overall great experience.

This is my first time in Japan and Im definitely coming back and staying at Stay Sakura. The staff is so friendly and the place is so comfortable and clean. I love the location. 10 our of 10 for sure!

Okay unit for the price.

Apartment in a quiet area, close to station and convenient store. Comfortable beds with the exception of the sofa bed which as very uncomfortable. Mini fridge was a plus. Unit was very tight for three even for Japan standards. No space for luggage. Carpet was stained throughout the unit. Walls had pen marks. Overall okay.

It’s pretty far away from subway station. Went as a family trip with stroller and kids it was at least a 10-15 minute walk to closest station. Staff don’t speak English so be sure to have translation app ready. They don’t make sure bed or clean the rooms on a daily and will charge you a fee if you need anything extra. The beds were comfy and it’s nice to have a laundry machine just inside your suit, however no dryer so make sure you time air drying. There’s a mini kitchen so if you’re looking to stay awhile this is a great hotel if you don’t mind the walk. Family mart and 7/11 just 3-5 mins walk away.

一階の部屋に滞在しました。スライドドアの裏やサイドテーブルの下などは、掃除が行き届いていない。窓が明けられず、地下のような部屋。湿気があり、臭い。長期滞在は疲れる。 スタッフは良い人たち！ありがとうございました。

観光にお金をかけたくて、こちらを予約致しました。 スタッフも丁寧な対応で気持ちが良く、お部屋もとても綺麗でした。 荷物の預かりも京都駅にて預かって頂くセンターがあり、着いてすぐに預け観光→宿に直行し、指定時間に部屋に荷物が届くという、とても便利なサービスでした。チェックアウト後も、京都駅がどこもロッカー空いてなく。困っていましたが、センターにて預かっていただく事が出来、本当に助かりました！ ただ一つ、ハンドソープがないのがこの御時世気になり近くのコンビニで購入してきました。 が、総合的には大満足です。 また機会があれば利用したいと思います。 いろいろと対応ありがとうございました！

Not too bad, very clean and the location is great! The room was very small and a little bit uncomfortable though. There was no space to put the suitcases and moving around the room was difficult because of the narrow space. I wouldn't recommend it for a long stay, but for a couple of days it's nice.

是一間頗新的住宿，除了不知為何電梯有像燒焦味外，基本上，以這個價錢，跟本沒有什麼可挑剔。位置尚算方便，環境寧靜，附近都有很多好好的餐廳，也有便利店，同一街道有間御金神社，可花小小時間參觀。 很適合住上四五日以上的旅客，房間有洗衣機，不用帶很多衣服。旅館應該有更好的方法始長住客人去處理垃圾的問題。

京都の紅葉を見に1泊しました。 場所は二条城の近くですが、駅やバス停からは5分程度歩くかと思います。でも総じてよい場所です。 コンドミニアムタイプで室内は清潔そのものです。 ただし、エアコンの風が少し消臭剤臭かったです。 コンビニが歩いて3分くらいだったので夕食や朝食はコンビニで簡単に済ませました。 食べる際のテーブルが小さかったのでそこだけが不満かな。キッチンや電子レンジ、冷凍庫があるのだから、テーブルもそれなりのサイズのものがあったほうがよいと思います。 でも京都旅行の際はまた利用したいと思いました。

A cold water morning

No hot water the first morning. There’s a button panel in the kitchen you were supposed to push to start the heater. No signage, no explanation. How are you supposed to know that? Also, Taxi drivers had difficulty finding the hotel, even with their card map

Close to restaurants, convenience stores & subway stations. Big spacious room with couches, fridge, microwave, cooking utensils & washing machine. Good size bathroom & strong shower. They charge you for all the little extras in the room (water, tea & coffee etc) if you use it, so bring your own. They do leave you detergent for 2 washes tho. You need to empty your own bins. The foyer area stank like insect repellent but the room was fine.

Helt OK hotell, fikk stor veranda men savnet utemøbler slik vi kunne utnytte den! Rolig område :) Resepsjonen var ikke åpen når vi kom (enda den skulle være åpnet), fikk rask hjelp når vi kontaktet hotellet via hotels.com, så alt ordnet seg.

Séjour très agréable, très satisfaits de ce studio

Excellent séjour à Kyoto dans ce studio spacieux, cuisine bien équipée, et même avec une machine à laver le linge ! (même s'il manque un mode d'emploi en anglais!).L'ensemble de l'hôtel est refait à neuf avec une seule erreur: de la moquette dans la cuisine! Emplacement très pratique, près du Palais de Nijo, et de 5 à 10 minutes de plusieurs stations de métro et bus, près de la gare de Nijo, ce qui permet une visite assez facile des nombreux sites de la ville ( à condition de bien étudier les trajets et les arrêts...) .
