We are located in middle of Kyoto city and there are some famous spots such as Nijo castle, Nishiki market and Manga museum nearby. Moreover, it takes about 10 minutes from Kyoto main station, therefore, it is comfortable for our guests to go anywhere. However we feel sorry to learn that the size of the room you stayed was not able to live up to your expectations, however, we would appreciate if you could understand the room situation we have in the city of Japan. We are very disappointed and sorry to hear your awful experience at our Garden Bath. As it is the public bath, therefore any of our guests can utilize the facility. And because the facility can accommodate up to 5 people maximum in one time, it is true that sometimes the place is very crowded with the guests depending on the time and the occupancy of the hotel on the day. However to avoid that congestion, we advise the guest to utilize the facility during the off peak period upon guest check in. We are very sorry that you might have missed that information and came across that bad experience. Also, regarding the Wifi speed in our hotel you mentioned is unfortunately beyond our control but it is depending on the frequency of the usage of the guest who accesses it at the same time. We would like to advise you for your next stay Wifi router is also available on request base in order to prevent that network communication problem. We would highlight the above matter to the management team as well as the operation team related and would strive to improve our service with immediate effect.
