Convenient transportation

The transportation is very close to the World Heritage Site of Nijo Castle. There are large supermarkets, bus stops and subway stations nearby. It is highly recommended.

Love this place

We are a family of 3 and this apartment was perfectly located and equipped for our stay. Having a washing machine allowed us to pack light. We had ample space to move around after a busy day of sightseeing. The metro or train is a short walk away, down a quaint quiet street. There are also many restaurants and supermarkets. The staff were very friendly, helpful and spoke English very well.

Clean and cozy place.

Overall, we had a good stay. But the washing machine was not able to use (We tried and check instruction all day, and it has been broken) the next day, they changed to another one (which is a very responsive manner) but it waste late. The limited time staff availability is one of the minus for this place. The room is like a new but the material of the wall makes the room super cold. Plus the table was not clasp so we need to put at a balcony........

今回で、３回目の滞在ですが、以前より掃除が行き届いていない気がしました。とくに、お風呂周りのカビが多く、気になりました。もう少し、水周りの清掃をして欲しいです。また、テレビのコンディションが悪く、初日に取り替えてもらいましたが、すぐにダメでテレビが見られなかったです。交通の便は、非常に良いので残念です。

入室してすぐは、お部屋が少し臭ったが、慣れれば問題なかった。 洗濯物干しの道具が壊れかけていたのが残念だった。 ロケーションはとても良かった。

가격대비 만족

가격대비 만족합니다. 니조성은 가까웠지만 역이나 정류장에선 가깝지는 않았습니다. 서비스면에서 볼때 호텔이라기보다는 펜션같은 느낌. 방이 넓고 깨끗해서 가격대비 만족합니다.
