Average hotel, toilet drainage smelt and the first hotel in our trip where you they did no offer luggage service. Avoid Live max chain if you want to use luggage forwarding service.

Only accessible by Bus otherwise enjoy a nice long walk from Kyoto Station. The facilities isn’t that well maintain, I was check into a room with a hole in the wall and a closet that looks like it’s door had been removed.

you really get what you pay for..

Hotel was really old, location was ok near bus stops. Room was dirty, I was really uncomfortable all night. I found old socks under the bed and the bidet in the bathroom had black mold in it. Bathroom had this smell in it also. I had to cancel the remainder of our stay.
