"Loved this property! They were very accommodating & went above & beyond for our stay! Had to change our vacation dates because of a flight cancelation & they were able to adjust our days luckily! Guests there were not always so friendly. A little rude & not welcoming, but the hotel itself & everyone that worked there were amazing! Special thank you to Peggy who would always make our day! She went above & beyond to make each day special & amazing! Always greeted us with a smiling face! Peggy was great! Please give her a raise! "The hotel is a short walking distance to the beach. It is close to the wharf where restaurants and the fish stalls are situated.The breakfast buffet was very satisfying. The property has many seating areas so that we can wait for our appointed shuttle bus to the airport. The shuttle bus ride allowed the passengers to see the countryside to and from the destinations."

"Nice property. Smaller than we thought. Just one main dining room. Small food selection. Items frequently repeated. No service on the beach. There are menus attached to umbrellas with QR codes to scan, how we menu is outdated and cannot order from beach. Need to go to beach bar. Never saw an employee on the beach. The all inclusive drink menu limited to about 5 cocktails to choose from and don’t change daily. The beach chair menus had other drinks how not allowed to request for all inclusive and told “menu outdated”. "

"Very surprising!!! We arrived at a 3 star all inclusive hotel and we didn't expect this! Although the hotel is old, the rooms are not luxurious, the food is just ok, and the service in the restaurant is lacking… Still, the value we received is beyond what we expected! Definitely worth the price and the offer the hotel gives! Simply 10 out of 10! It is worth mentioning Annabella from the reception (I hope I remembered her name), who took care of our every request and of course our well-being. Recommend to everyone, remember: worth the price you pay!!!"
