Fantastic spa hotel

This is a fabulous hotel in a medieval settings. Not all staff speak English but their enthusiasm and service will make up for any lack of English. The spa in the basement is fantastic and so is the food. I am already back for a second stay.

Çok kötü bir otel

Oda soğutması kesinlikle yok günlük temizlik yapılmıyor minibar çalışmıyor ve sıcak. Ayrıca spa vasat ötesi masaja birşey dahi diyemiyorum bilmeyen insanlar masaj yapmaya çalışıyor. Personel sert ve yardım etmiyorlar birşey sorduğunda tersleye biliyorlar. İngilizce bilen personel sayısı çok az. Ayrıca 2 bira içip çıkamıyorsunuz odaya yazmıyorlar hesabı peşinizde gezip para istiyorlar. Kahvaltıya indiğimizde biranın hesabını getirip ödemeyinceye kadar kahvaltı vermediler ayrıca hesabı getirip asla götürmediler kendimiz gidip vermek zorunda kaldık öyle kahvaltı geldi. Berbat ötesi bir otel vasatlıklarla dolu bir otel asla ama asla kalmayın derim..
