Almost everything was great, the staff was nice and the place was clean. My only complain is that the jacuzzi pump was full of mold or something, every time I filled it up and turned on the pump, tons of stuff came out of the jets. I couldnt use the jacuzzi I was looking forward to and paid extra for.

I have stayed here many times over the years. There are many different options for rooms, and they have been renovated over time. The convenience of location is a major factor for me. Just metres from the Maidan Sq, Shops and Australian/Canadian Embassy. The staff have always been very helpful to me.

Very good place to stay.

Great place to stay, is very clean and comfortable. Very centric if you plan to walk around or take some tours that start just meters from hotel. The staff is very nice and help you with all your needs.

Ett virkelig flott sted å bo i Kiev!

Da ble det endelig en tur igjen til Kiev og Kievinn. Ble virkelig imponert hvor flott det har blitt her under Korona pandemien. Alt har blitt renovert og modernisert nå. Rom i beste 5 stjerner kvalitet og utmerket renhold og service. Alt du trenger i nærheten. Anbefales på det sterkeste. Har allerede planer om å få bestilt til påsken 2022.

We stayed at KievInn for 4 nights. Great location, many shops and good restaurants within walking distance. There are several shops that are open 24/7 near the inn. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, very nice balcony. I will definitely stay there again on my next trip to Kiev.

Great and Convenient

I always choose to stay here in Kyiv/Kiev. It is an extremely convenient location. The rooms contain everything I need, comfortable beds, nice bathrooms. Some even have a sauna. the staff are great. On a practical side, being an old city building there is no elevator, which never bothers me as I travel light and need the exercise, but you might need to ask for help if you travel heavy. You are just metres from the Main Independence Sq and shopping centre, and around the corner from the Australian and Canadian Embassy. Looking forward to my next stay here soon.

Fantastic for the price.

Great price point, very central location. A little hard to find but it’s google maps fault since google can’t understand the difference between two streets in Kiev with the same name. We lost a watch in the room and they went to great lengths to mail it to the US for us.

The room itself was pretty much great. The building was absolute trash no sign outside whatsoever he had to have a code to get inside the building no elevator building obviously under construction absolutely zero hot water and for five hours there was no water whatsoever

Wow

Think we were upgraded to a deluxe apartment with a spa bar and sauna. Can not fault a thing about the staff and the apartment. It was fabulous. There was a problem with the safe, the reception did open it for us, but we were unable to eeset the code. I can only add that apartment was missing a toaster.. but this is a trivial point. If you get the 4th floor, there is no lift, but there is a balcony.

Otelde sabah kahvaltısı yok. Bunu bilerek seçin, ancak konumu tam merkezde. Birçok gezilecek yere yürüme mesafesinde. Metroya da 1 dakikalık yürüme mesafesinde. Visa yada mastercard varsa metrolardaki sarı bankolara okutarak rahatça geçiş yapabilirsiniz. Yaşlı ve pek misafirperver olmayan Ukraynalı kadınlarla uğraşmanıza (tüm kilit pozisyonlarda onlar görev yapıyor) gerek yok. Odalar, sauna, jakuzi güzel dekor gayet konforlu. Otelden ayrılacağınız gün valizlerinizi otele bırakıp gezinebilirsiniz. Az miktarda ingilizce ile her sorununuza yardımcı oluyorlar.

The best about this property is location! 2 min walking from Maidan Nezalezhnosty and 5 min from Kheschatyk str. Our room had huge Jacuzzi and was really spacious. We stayed tree days, but the room was not really cleaned every day and the floor was not swiped. There was only a very small soap and it was not replaced every day. The windows had no curtains, so in the morning the daylight woke us up rather early.

We enjoyed our stay in Kyiv until it was time to leave. The receptionist told us they were calling their car service and to pay them at the desk. We arrived at the airport only to be told we needed to pay. When we tried to contact the hotel, they acted as if we never paid them. I will NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.
