Friendly staff and good location

I ended up staying at the Greguar Hotel, where the key pick-up location was. The room had everything you need - a comfortable bed, a mini kitchen, a normal hotel bathroom, and a washing machine - good for long and short term stays. Very friendly staff and good internet. The hotel is a block from the metro and very near the main train station and main bus station - a quick taxi ride away.

Nice and clean apartments, great location.

Great location, very clean and comfortable apartments, great attention from the host and administrator. Somehow difficult to locate but the host gives you a detailed explanation on how to get there so you don't get lost. Overall great experience with this property.

Modern, Central, WiFi could be better

Centrally located. Modern interior. Cleaned upon request. Refrigerator and other amenities are available. The WiFi connection constantly drops, but there are plenty of nearby cafes to use the Internet. Would overall recommend but just be sure to manage expectations.

Nice apartment

Great apartment very centrally located. Apartments among other local residents. Inside status apartments was lovely. Lift broke down on second day so having to climb up and down 5 floors of steep old stairs didn't help. Only for I had a ukrainan friend with me to call the apartment I wouldn't of found the apartment as it's hidden. But overall and okay stay

Fint rom i stille omgivelser midt i sentrum.

Med utgangspunkt i at dette er et apartment hotel, og ikke helt hotel standard, så var rommet helt topp. Beliggenheten var midt i sentrum, og litt inn en sidegate, så det var kort avstand og stille, trygt og godt. Det som trekker litt ned, er at det er slitt og gammel trappegang, og heisen er liten og virket bare ca 50%. Det er ikke resepsjon der, men i øverste etage "bodde" personalet. Det var bare å rope navnet hennes i gangen, så fikk du hjelp. Om hun ikke skjønte helt hva det var, ringte hun sjefen sin som snakker utmerket Engelsk. Alt i alt, et helt topp sted å bo.

Bon appartement

Bon appartement spacieux, très difficile à trouver si l on ne connaît pas Kiev. Par contre très bien situé, 5 mins de marche de la place de l indépendance et le métro. La réception ne parle pas anglais, courage. Appeler avant d arriver car une personne au standard comprend l anglais.

Very good location ! Super clean room with small kitchen, heating system, iron, ... lift abs very sympathetic staff. Maybe I was not luck ... my shower support was broken and after 4 minutes all my showers were completely cold..

Above average apartments

Located within walking distance of the center of Kiev (Khrestatyk & Maidan Nezalezmosti) so it was super convenient for traveling around Kiev. The hotel gave me a free room upgrade, so I ended up with a full apartment plus an extra loft area with extra sleeping area. In room washer and dryer, full kitchen, located near supermarkets, so it had everything I needed. Wi-Fi was very good. The only drawback is that the entrance is hard to find from the main street (Mikhailovska), but that is minor because you can follow the yellow painted signs on the street to reach the entrance.

Good value apartment near Maidan

Good value and good location, although initially hard to find , maybe the directions should be made clearer on the site since the entrance is not from the main street and there are 2 doors with the same number. Flat is simple but in good condition and clean, only small problem was the shower bracket a bit faulty. Service was very good and they reply quickly to all questions

Nice hotel close to city center

It was a nice hotel close to the city center, only 5 minutes walk to Globus mall. We had some problems with the shower in one room, and the bed was broken in the other room, and we didn´t get any refill on soaps during the stay, so we went empty. Except that, we had a really nice time at the hotel.

Stayed for 8 days while visiting a friend. First issue, which is pretty common so not really an issue, was finding the hotel with the taxi driver. There is a gold sign hanging on the small side street that the apartment building is on, but the actual building is set farther back around a corner. Recommend using Uber both to and from the airport. Checkin was fine, but had to wait 15 min for room to be cleaned, which it was. Full kitchen with microwave, gas range and big fridge. IF you want to save money you can try cooking yourself, but remember to bring a lighter or matches to light the range. I did not have any, so didn't bother. The room I had was the one with the loft pictured. This upper area has a nice sized bed, but low ceiling. Also, water pipes can be heard if there is someone located on the floor above. Like many places, finding a outlet that will hold your international adapter in place is tricky. The wall outlets for the most part would not hold mine adequately enough to charge my gear. I had to unplug the DVD player from the power strip on the floor and use that. Also keep in mind that the elevator is old, and only responds to one floor button being pressed. So don't try and jump in if someone else is going up to a different floor. Finally, the main road leading up to the building is sloped, so be prepared if you are walking with luggage.

Great place to stay...do your homework!

The front staff was touch and go.Sometimes there was someone there, sometimes there wasn't. It didn't affect my stay...though people who don't speak Russian, aren't familiar with Kiev, or don't know how to use google maps might find it difficult. Great location! Great place to stay!

Good situated appartement in the center of Kiev.

Our experience was very positive. The appartement was very (well kept) clean and spacious with enough equipement (airconditioning/satellite television/Internet/magnetron/refrigerator/water boiler/hair dryer/iron(-ing board)/was machine). There were only too few pans and plates in the kitchen but there are enough reasonably priced restaurants in the vicinity. The personel was very friendly and helpfull although the language is fairly restricted to Ukranian (or sometimes Russian). Every day the appartement was cleaned and organized. The elevator is still from the Sovjet era. The location of the appartement is excellent.

waste of money

The staff didnt open the door, was propably sleeping, water pressure was poor, and first just cold water. When complained about this, the answer was that just think it's ok to use cold. There was no instructions for using the safe, staff didnt know how to use, neither Did the manager. Then they gave all keys for all safes in the place. Same money can get a decent hotel from the area, dont go here.
