Everything was excellent here. Staff was absolutely amazing could not have been more helpful and nice. My only complaint was the mattress was not very comfortable, other than that great place to stay.

Great little Boutique Hotel with a very attentive staff! I don’t know how they did it, but I would often sleep in and I was NEVER bothered by housekeeping, without putting up the DND sign on the door! Even at noon, I would go to breakfast and return an hour later to a cleaned room! I loved it!

Super helpful receptionists. I give it 3 stars There was no minibar in the room, and the TV didn´t work. Aircon was very effective, which was very nice when outside wheather is +40 degrees.

Bad hotel

The hotel staff was kind but the rooms was with fungus and bad smell, the madrasses didnt function anymore and much smaller than described.. I can not recommend this hotel .. the 8.2 doesn’t match the hotel

I can understand that Ukrainians are terrified of Russians and desperately seeking any help from the international community, even with the gringos, but having a picture of a white trash as donald trump in the hotel lobby goes so far. if you are a Latino community member, this is not a place for you

Claims amenities they don’t have

Very disappointing experience I got a refund after one night. They claim to have 24x7 room service but they don’t have that. There not even a room service menu in the room so basically just don’t have it. The “queen” size bed they claim to have is a full size bed. The bed has flush walls on three sides of it and there’s no power outlet anywhere close to it to charge your phone. It’s all on the first floor, right he windows are blacked out with paper glued to the glass. And you here people playing music and hanging out right outside your window or on the residential floors above. Cabs have a hard time finding it and the only way off the property is to walk up a steep will - probably sub optimal when there’s snow. The bathroom is small. Only shower stall where I kept bumping in to the walls. If you have the water turned on full it starts flooding so use low pressure water so the drain can keeps up. The staff was polite. There’s a picture of Trump in the lobby. Overall experience was not good.

Location was difficult to get to, on some sort of gated street. The walls were very thin and service was not very good - they kept asking when I would check out (the night before I had to check out - hoping to get me out earlier). Noisy and not great.
