「Hotel bastante desastre en cuanto al estado de las instalaciones (Habitaciones con ventanas totalmente rotas, necesidad de pintar paredes , problemas con las duchas, baldosas en la piscina rotas, etc .) Música demasiado alta y hasta altas horas de la noche en alguna ocasión en la zona de la piscina . El personal me trató bastante bien . El entorno es un sitio precioso y este alojamiento es una opción asequible pero si volviera buscaría otro mejor . 」

「My massage was amazing and as good as some of the dishes tasted, I had the worst food poisioning of my life because of the chicken tikka masala where I wound up being sick for a week in Uganda after then flying to Rwanda to go to the ER because of salmonella. Btw, when I told staff I was very sick, they offered nothing to compensate. Terrible」

「We absolutely loved our stay at two friends. The property was beautiful and the staff was wonderful. We really enjoyed lounging in the pool and then having our dinner down at the lake. We highly recommend this as a location, especially if you are leaving early in the morning to catch a plane for a gorilla Trek」
