Das Personal ist sehr nett. Das Hotel aber stark renovierungsbedürftig.
Im Badezimmer war die Wanne überstrichen, und Farbe blätterte bereits davon ab. Das Badezimmer verfügte weder über eine Lüftung noch über ein Fenster, so dass sich an den Wandfugen hinter der Wanne (keine Dusche vorhanden) Schimmel abzeichnete.
Der Fön war alt und kaum dazu fähig meine halblangen Haare trocken zu fönen.
Obwohl ich ein Nichtraucherzimmer gebucht hatte, verfügte das Zimmer über zwei Aschenbecher.
Frühstück wird von 6:30 bis 10:30 angeboten. Als ich jedoch um 6:30 in Frühstücksaal erschien, standen zwar die warmen Gerichte in großer Auswahl bereit, aber es gab noch keinen Kaffee. Der wurde dann mit 10 Minuten Verspätung serviert. Ansonsten ist das Frühstück gut und die Aussicht aus dem 19. Stock ganz schön.
Alles in allem fand ich das Hotel total überteuert. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht.
