Spotless clean rooms, very good fragrance in the room. Breakfast was good. Not seen such cleanliness in a long time in any other hotel so far. Parking is an issue if you have a car, there are limited spots near the hotel, but eventually you will find one. Close to the city centre and other places of business and tourism.

I recommend

Fantastic service. Free airport transfer and they waited two hours for me as i was stuck in the airport doing visa in the middle of the night. They helped with everything. Only point is that it is a bit far away from the old city centre, but it was cool to take a bus to there and it was cheap and easy.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Also, excellent location. The only negative is that the rooms have a connecting door to the adjacent room. (It’s locked of course.) But the problem is that you hear a lot from the next room. My first night for some reason at 3:30 in the morning they started to play music very loud. Lasted maybe 45 minutes. I’m a very sound sleeper and it woke me.

Coming to Kuwait for the first time from the US I had no idea what to expect. A long way from home, a country where I do not speak the language, IBIS SHARQ KUWAIT made me feel completely at home. The rooms are clean and fresh, the service is second to none. When I came back after check out to ask if I could freshen up before my long flight back to the US they couldn't be more accommodating. I have more business trips required for Kuwait and IBIS SHARQ will be the place I call home when I do. That means everything when you truly are away from home.

Ibis Consistently Great

Really nice staff! Typical Ibis: small clean and modern rooms with an attention to use of space. Really good location choice next to the tall Hambra building.
