Excellent hotel, one of the best locations for the Ruka! Breakfast good but not too fancy, can be improved, the room is not cleaned, but mopped slightly. Maybe not perfect, but definitely worth the value

The hotel is amazing, the location is key, ski-in-and-out. Right next to Ruka Ski Resort Gondola. The room assigned to me was clean, very charming and cozy. The bed was super comfortable, nice winter blankets, and soft pillows. Breakfast was included and it is a massive buffet with healthy options. I loved the food and the service. There are restaurants, shopping stores, and tour agencies all within walking distance. Also the bus stop to the airport is a 4 minute walk. I would come back to this hotel and location big time. Finland is a dream!!

Hemos gustado bastante. El hotel es grande, el personal es simpĂĄtico. El buffet de desayuno es increĂ­ble, con varias opciones. El hecho de que estĂ© a pie de pista de ski es fantĂĄstico. Lo Ășnico que nos gustĂł menos fue el servicio diario de limpieza. Hemos utilizado unas tazas para tomar un tĂ©, y aunque pasaran a limpiar la habitaciĂłn no las recogĂ­an. Fuera esto, todo impecable.
