"The room was absolutely unliveable, it was extremely meldy. The hair dryer was completely molded. At first, I assumed that all the rooms were this way, so I didn't bother complaining to the front desk. However, in the morning when I went to the second room we rented, I realized that the problem was with my room only. When we brought us the issue with the hotel, the staff blamed us for not calling them at night to take care of the issue. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had in an hotel. It is not my job to tell the hotel which rooms are okay which ones are not, it should be their job. "
