Cp值非常高嘅一間酒店，無論係軟件定硬件都好好。最值得一讚嘅係酒店職員嘅服務，好有耐心解答客人嘅問題，係未入住之前曾經send email問關於接駁車嘅問題，酒店職員都覆得好快下。而且佢地前台嘅職員英文程度好好，亦都有識講普通話嘅職員，溝通完全冇問題。至於硬件方面，因為酒店都係近年新起嘅，所以啲房間設施都好新淨，房內嘅電視有Netflix。 空間亦都比一般嘅日式酒店闊落，最正莫過於係房間嘅落地玻璃窗係對正羊蹄山，景觀一流。早餐方面，雖然唔太多選擇，但整體質素算係中上，而且每日嘅款式都有唔同。 唯一可以挑剔嘅位係真係有啲偏僻，附近冇餐廳同鋪頭。酒店有免費穿梭巴士去Hirafu，一個鐘頭一班車，大概要十分鐘車程。但就冇穿梭巴士去各大雪場，有啲唔方便。

房間非常大而且很溫馨，四周被雪圍繞窗外看出去就是一片雪景可以看到羊蹄山 ，早餐選擇雖然不多但每樣都非常好吃！無論去雪場或是超市都有接駁車可以接送非常方便～很棒的住宿體驗！

The Worse House Keeping
House keeping is the worse. I have been there for 3 nights and totally no house keeping or room cleaning in one of the days. There were stains in the plates, and the tooth paste stains we found in the first day was still here in our last day. The place and some of the staff were nice but the cleanliness and the house keeping made all the good impressions lost!

寧靜，環境優美，有大浴場，風景怡人，可在房間內看見羊蹄山！員工親切有禮，房間舒服！缺點就太偏遠，週邊沒有商店，酒店只有一個餐廳！建議入住前先去便利商店買一些食物！

no staff and no one pick up the phone after 22:30
everything was good except there was no staff standby after 10:30pm every night. i heard that there was a person left his key card in their room only went down for buying a drink. but not able to get back in the room until the next morning because nobody was there to help.

We lost the car keys on the Annupuri Slopes. Mark from The Nest provided a complimentary car pickup from Annupuri to the hotel. And Then also sent us back to Annupuri in the morning of the following day to pick up the car after we got the spare key from the car rental company in Hirafu. The other staff were very kind to help, answer questions, follow up issues and greet us after problem solved. Their service and hospitality are exceptionally impressive. Overall facilities including onsen are very nice. We did have very homey and comfortable stay. Why not for restaying there when revisiting Niseko?

Everything was great and exceeded my expectations. Travelled with my family and we were pleasantly surprised by how spacious, comfortable, spotless and stylish in its own minimalist yet premium way. Nice view of Mt Yotei from the room and breakfast was good too. Room itself is pretty complete with amenities including microwave. Staff speaks English very well

Above Excellent
If you are visiting Kotchan or Niseko and want to stay away from larger resorts then this is the place. Hotel has excellent views of Mt. Yotei, spacious rooms, and wonderful staff. This was our second visit and we were treated as family. We hope to return next year and would rate this hotel above excellent!
