「We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The rooms were exceptionally clean and well-maintained, creating a very comfortable and relaxing stay. 「The check-in process was slow, taking 15-20 minutes. The room felt neglected, small, and very old. The pool was dirty and unusable. The mattress was average. The breakfast spread was disappointing, with hardly any tasty dishes. The hotel’s location was also poor. Overall, it was a bad experience and not worth the money.」

Hotel - when we arrive the staff were reluctant to give us the Superior Rooms we had booked and stated there couldn’t find the booking. Rooms - rooms were not cleaned or prepared, no toilet rolls, no towels, no tea or coffee. Staff - some were really helpful and others were not. Food - was really good, we stayed 2 nights, 2nd evening the food we ordered was cold and it took several...
