"The hotel and facilities were great. Gardens and pool were great. Buffet breakfast was great. Location is great. That is why we have stayed at this hotel about half a dozen times. The things I can complain about is: (1) The aircon vent into our room was badly distorted and very dusty - I have mentioned this to the hotel staff on a previous visit and they immediately cleaned the vent in our room that very day, But now on this visit it shows that this has obviously not been implemented with other any rooms. (2) The aircon in our room was too cold regardless what temperature settings we set on the unit's thermostat - eventually we had to switch the aircon off at night. (3) we previously stayed in an identical room on same floor and wing. That room had upgraded TV with streaming apps. The room we got this time has obviously not been upgraded - which was disappointed as we had to stream on a small laptop screen. This is not fun when two people are trying to watch a movie together. Regardless I can strongly recommend the hotel."
