"This property is great. It's located in a great location short distance from Kuta market, restaurants and shopping. The property is clean. However, there is construction happening in front of the hotel. Safe property for solo travelers, security at the door. I felt the pool towels could use an upgrade. You can rent towels, for a 100K rupiah deposit, I wished they'd at least looked decent. Food is excellent. Staff will help you with cab services but pretty much that's about it. Tours and such, you're on your own."
"Excellent location but not on beach . Good breakfast .Great staff reasonable gym although limited . Good big clean rooms but beginning to show wear and tear . Free airport shuttle every 3-4 hours . Would recommend for location and good value for money"
"Great choice of breakfast items. All staff amazingly helpful and so friendly. Pools were clean. Gardens well looked after. Straight across road from beach."
"When we’ve booked it we were not sure about the location as not being located on the beach but the price was very reasonable so we decided to go ahead. We are really glad we did it as the hotel is fantastic, good very clean rooms spacious enough not massive balcony tho, with 2 pools mostly in the shade and one rooftop pool and bar, easily available sun lounges all day at anytime you want (no need to wake up early and put the towel down!). The breakfast is very good with plenty of options and staff is always available and attentive, kind and genuine people. The location is great too as you are in the middle of shops, bars, restaurants and services and just a 10 min stroll to the main shopping mall on the beach. Very good prices too."
"Staff are exceptional, the best I have ever experienced in 20 years of travel. Prime location, attached to shopping centre with many top shops and restaurants."
