cost-effective hotel

Stayed here just for short sleeping becaused we are supposed to go Gili T in the early morning. Pick up staff was very kind and gave warm welcoming. The room itself was not quite same with photos - seemd a little bit old compared with photos - but very good enough to stay for a night at that price.

Clean hotel and nice rooms!

Very nice hotel! It's clean, the staff is great, the pool is incredible and overall, it's a very nice hotel for the price. Kind of far from the restaurants and the beach, but good location for travelling arouns with a driver.

Nice breakfast!

The breakfast buffet was really nice. The room is clean and tidy and with strong hair dryer!! There is a shopping mall nearby, so we had dinner at the mall (a lot of good restaurants!). Walkable distance (around 15-30 mins) to Kuta beach.

Initially I was bit disappointed coz the hotel was bit far from the tourist area and the beaches... but later on, the warm hospitality and the comfort provided by hotel made me change my mind....the stuffs were very friendly. Moreover, mall galleria and the hypermart was just connected to the hotel for convenience shopping , food and hangout... I lost some money due to a cheater in a local money changer. The next day , hotel manager Mr koming helped me out, he filed police case. Also asked the hotel transport provider to give me discount on wherever I go ... it was more than a help to me ... for my Next visit to Bali I will definitely choose Harris galleria

Convenient, clean and safe hotel!

It was really nice and clean hotel. The service was amazing! The location was also close to the airport. So it's convenient however, if you want a beach view then it might not be feasible for you. It's a local city view from the balcony. The shopping mall is close by so many things to do there. The staff was very helpful. Overall, a good and comfortable stay.

往復ホテルの送迎を依頼しました。片道だと、15万ルピア往復だと28万ルピアです。空港につくと、ハリスホテルのボードを掲げたスタッフがお出迎え。ホテルの専用車で空港～ホテルまで20分程度（2016年12月29日）　ホテルに着くとウェルカムドリンクをいただきましたが、何とも言えない甘さ。ガムシロップを飲んでいるみたい(苦笑） 部屋はバルコニーもあり、1人で使うには十分の広さです。 ホテルは寝に帰るだけだけど、清潔でセキュリティ面も安全、ちょっとした買い物も徒歩圏内で行けるという希望を全て叶えてくれるので、私みたいな旅行スタイルの方にはおススメです。 年末年始ということもあり、夜間に少々中国人の方が賑やか過ぎたのがちょっと気になったくらいです・・・ でも、総合評価は〇なので、またリピートしたいと思えるホテルです。

Our stay at Harris Hotel Kuta Galleria has been tremendous especially with the friendly staff from Concierge, front office and the bell boy. They display friendliness, well groomed, polite greetings and offered us the hotel facilities more than they should have done. Great staff, well done !!

패밀리룸을 이용했는데 깨끗하고 편하고 좋았습니다. 사진보다 더 좋았어요~ 직원들도 모두 친절하고 조식도 만족했습니다. 다만 수영장이 작아서 아이들이 사용하기에 적당하더군요. 가격대비 대단히 만족스러웠습니다. 위치는 꾸따비치까지 도보 30분 걸리더군요.

Back door to parking of "Mal Bali Galeria"

The great value is its location. This hotel is just next of "Mal Bali Galeria". There is a small door secured by hotel room key near the hotel's swimming pool. Using this door, you can go parking lots of Mal Bali Galeria, very easily. This is amazing and great value to stay there for the last night in Bali.

Nice hotel, close to DFS.

We stayed in Harris hotel Kuta Galleria for only one night. I booked the hotel online just before flying back to Perth, as I previously stayed in Harris hotel in Seminyak and I was happy about service, price, and facility. We found staff are very polite and well trained. They were flexibly responded our requests. Room was very clean and quiet. I also liked buffet b'fast as there were tasty Indonesian foods that I had never tried. I will probably go back to the hotel when I go to Bali again.
