「Arrived 2.30 pm had to wait two hours before the room was ready. Problem also checking out delayed another hour and charged extra for a mistake that wasn't mine and was a hotel.com error. 「This is a scam, kindly do not waste money. They refused us claiming they don't have an account on hotel.com. and yet we had paid all the money online. We had to look for another hotel.」
