「Beautiful property inside the forest overlooking a water body. Lot of bird sighting and we were told one of the male tiger was sighted the previous day. We did hear the tiger roar during the night but unfortunately did not sight one during our stay. Given the fact this is inside the forest and due to its limitations the service was excellent. Mr Shailendr GM pays attention to every small things. It was pleasure interacting with him. E cart named tuk-tuk was ever ready to transport guest any where in this huge property. 「The property is good. However, we didn't get the rooms we booked for. We had reserved super deluxe rooms however on check-in the staff told us that's not possible and mentioned that they did not receive the booking in time from Expedia. Since we paid for super deluxe rooms, not sure how same is gonna be accomodated for the price difference. The food has been great till now, however customer service has been ok. 「Despite pointing out a stained toilet seat and rusted health faucet, the hotel claimed they were running full and didn't offer a resolution. This property is well past it's prime - dust everywhere, musty towels et al. For the same price, we moved to Saj in the Forest nearby - would highly recommend everyone reading this review follows suit.」
