「While the staff was very responsive and friendly, it was hard to overlook the negatives. I’ll start with the positives. Pricing was very attractive when booking. Check in was incredibly easy and efficient. Upon arrival, we immediately noticed the lack of cleanliness. Bugs were everywhere. Spiders and stink bugs were a constant nuisance during our stay. 「Excellent location and great value for money. The customer service was outstanding. I would definitely stay here again!」

「I can’t recommend this studio enough. It was immaculate, spacious, well-equipped, comfortable and centrally located. As a solo traveler I felt very safe with three layers of security. The use of laundry room was a bonus. If I’m ever in Zagreb alone or as a couple I will definitely stay here. Thank you!!」

「Apartment location was great. Check in instructions not clear on locating building. Had to call expedia for help finding property. I would stay again now that I know how to find it.」

「This was an absolutely wonderful place to stay in Zagreb first of all the host couldn't be nicer or more pleasant or accommodating. The apartment was quiet and clean and had every convenience you...
