「Run with limited staff probably keeps the rates low and so no complaints. Rooms are good well styled but housekeeping and time are taking a toll on linen cleanliness….we got ours replaced each time. We stayed for extended periods and felt quite at home. Would recommend and will stay again. Kitchen serves adequate food for breakfast but better to look elsewhere for lunch or dinner.」

「Next to Pune Train Station, so a little chaos around. But the hotel itself is good, all staff are very helpful and speaks flunet English. They are willing to talk and share travelling information with guests. I like the welcome herbal tea they provided. Breakfast buffet is brilliant, every type of choice.」

「The hotel is located conveniently. Various restaurants are all walking distance. The staffs cleans room every day. Every morning breakfast is provided at room. Overall I like the place.」

「Promptness at work and also handling of each and very individual enquiry with utmost care requirements were missing and reminders were required to be placed to get anything done. Overall a great experience but this could be improved. Luxury hotel stays aren’t the same as they were back in the nineties or early 2000. Maybe it’s just me but this is what I felt. 」

「Staff should improve on understanding English to avoid giving wrong answers for eg i asked whether the room has been paid for when check-in the male staff said yes however the next day while checking out another female staff said I have to pay for the room. Miscommunication. 」
