「優點：地點非常方便，就在溫泉街的中心，離火車站步行7-10分鐘就到；進門就是各個房間附的外出用木屐及室內拖擺放空間，照著房號擺放整齊很有趣也很方便使用。脫完鞋走上台階也有小地毯讓腳不會著涼，貼心；外出有雨傘以及小竹編包可以借用（泡溫泉時帶很方便）；我拖著行李一進門check in的同時，服務人員就在旁擦拭清潔我們的行李四周，很貼心！房價在當地相對而言算有cp值 缺點：都不是什麼嚴重缺點：沒有電梯（老舊建築可理解）； 懷石料理不難吃但不驚艷所以沒有cp值，大眾浴池很小。」
