Verified traveler

We booked a twin room via expedia only to be told upon arrival that they only had a double for us. Extra 2600 yen for a twin, they claimed they don't sell twin rooms on expedia. Will not use expedia or stay at extol again.
Stayed 1 night in Oct 2019
