"It wasn’t really a refined hotel. All staff were very helpful, but some services need better review and quality control. There was no coffee machine in the room, even though capsules were provided. Daily water replacement was also not automatic, and you needed to request water to be brought to your room. Overall, the service did not feel very refined and was a little clumsy at times. Receptionist Gülnur Hanım and the other staff members were genuinely trying to resolve issues and make up for the shortcomings."
