Buen hotel

El personal es amable y servicial. Es un hotel relativamente cerca del centro, en frente hay una farmacia y un Seven eleven. La piscina estaba bien para refrescarse tras un día de calor y casi siempre estaba vacía.

朝食はこのお値段にしては最高です。トイレのハンドルから水漏れしてたので、床が常に濡れていました。お掃除はとても丁寧で隅々まで綺麗です。バスタオルはあるのですが、顔を洗った時使うフエイスタオルが欲しいです。お水はペットボトルが2本、外出するときにレストランから水を入れられるので、嬉しかったです。

Pros Room was big and spacious. Breakfast can be rated at 3/5. Staffs were extremely friendly and polite. Cons Room and toilet were smelly. Room was fully carpeted which was too old and had alot of stains. Bed and furniture inside room were too old and dusty. Toilet and bathtub were not clean and too small.

Good service and friendly staff.

The hotel is okay although it has some minuses becoz it is an old building. We still use a key to open the door. Over all, my stay was comfortable as the room provided was very spacious. The friendliness of the staff and good services had compensated for some negatives which were minor.

Grande chambre avec une belle vue dégagée (11ème) frigo bouilloire avec thé tv locale + fox movie placard bureau meublé pour poser le sac/valise wifi ok sauf dans les chambres au fond des couloirs ! Évitez les chambres avec vue piscine elles sont bruyantes ! Petite piscine au 2eme Tout le staff est super sympa ! Petit dej plutôt salé mais aussi oeufs plat/brouillés/omelette et toasts A une dizaine de minutes de marche de la "promenade" ou 5 ringints avec "grab" ...

Mon hôtel coup de coeur

Ce n'est pas mon premier séjour dans cet hôtel, je suis toujours heureuse d'y retourner. L'accueil est des plus sympathique et le personnel est très à l'écoute. Une chambre spacieuse, confortable et bien équipée. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est assez varié. La piscine vient d'être rénovée. Le seul bémol est la situation légèrement excentrée de l'hôtel ce qui demande beaucoup de marche ou d'utilisation de taxis.

Seriously, the hotel needs a massive upgrade.

Not up to its 3 star ranking at all. Condition of the hotel both exterior and interior of the room are bad. Not value for money.

Old hotel, badly in need of maintenance.

Had to change rooms 4 times before getting room with air con and wifi. Staff were excellent in process. Swimming pool was disgustingly filthy and dangerous in terms of possible diseases. No towels were available. We would have changed hotels if not for front desk staff Shirley and door concierge Robert giving us such great service.
