Absolutely terrible. I had to wake up every morning and line up at 6:15 am to get pool chairs. The hotel charges for beach chairs which I never encountered with other hotels. Slightly wear down property, especially bathroom Rooms were fine Also not much insulation between the rooms so it can get noisy

Wailea Ekahi - CoralTree Residence Collection
