「The Chateau is such an exceptional resort with European style. Most importantly, if you'd like to escape from the noise and pollution, the Chateau is obviously your choice! I love the location of the Hotel which's at the top of Berjaya Hill - a place with trees and birds. You won't find any industrial or commercial amenities - and you'll relax as much as you can! 「The shower was dirty. The bed was hard like a rock you can feel the slats under you. Only 2 towels and pillows given was told no after I asked for more. No pool towels provided. Staff are miserable. I tried to contact Wotif a week earlier to shorten my stay but they didn’t respond because I wanted a refund for 1day because we planned to leave early, but no response. Will not be using Wotif again! 」

「1. Toilet should have soft closure 2. Guider for birdwatcher and nature walk are good but can do better. For birdwatch, should bring the guest to the kayak area where more exclusive bird hang around and not lobby and dinning. Nature walk is quite nice but need a bit more training. For both, best i suggest give a guideline on topic to show and say. And if possible collect or take picture for animal evidence like bird feathers, otter walk around the estate, snake skin. 」
