services are very bad.. receptionist (girl) disgusting.. i’d order for 2 king bed but you gave me 4 single beds.. i felt cheated.. you said swimming pool is included in the package but it’s not!! i order for 4 adult but i’d got only 2 sachet of coffee i request to your receptionist (girl) for coffee sachets but i didnt get it very disappointed!

Perlu tambah baik prasarana & perkhidmatan

Katil utk Deluxe Family tidak seperti yg dijanjikan...sepatutnya 1 king + 1 single (utk 4 org). Yg ada cuma 3 single. Jd yg tidur di tengah2 rasa tak selesa & sakit badan bila bangun tidur. Sepatutnya JIKA tiada katil king, gantilah dgn 2 katil Queen. Sarapan ok... jika ada bush-buahan lebih menarik lagi. Safety lock bagi pintu bilik patut ada agar tetamu rasa selamat berada dalam bilik penginapan. Bilik air sepatutnya ada air panas sebab sejuk nak mandi awal pagi. Check-in terlalu lama - mungkin staf kena lebih mahir dgn online booking bukan masa tu baru nak tanya pengurus dsb.

The room was dusty, light was not working, room too dark, bedsheet was stained, WC blocked , no water heater as claimed and deposit was not refunded at the counter upon checkout as promised

Room no wifi, aircond blowing normal air, toilet choked, bath showers weak water flow, bedsheets and blanket patches of yellow stains, no cable channel tv, poor quality cheap breakfast, power sockets no working , no toilet ventilation.

When check in its very fast but the staff not give anything. Need to ask about air con and tv remote. If not asked them they will not give it to you. Password for hotel wifi also need to be ask. No hot water in the hotel. Tv just basic channel only.. Cannot suggest to other friends

Keadaan bangunan dan fasiliti mungkin kelihatan lama tetapi hotel ini mempunyai keluasan bilik yang memuaskan. Tempat letak kereta yang luas. Lokasi yang baik dan tidak sibuk.

Underrated than underrated

Rooms did not cleaned by the housekeeping even sign of make up room published at the door. Aircond at room 1307 not working at 2nd night. Makes the room smell unpleasent. Food, the nuggets served was undercooked. No lift, but lot of goods motivational pictures at the stair.
