「真的是住過的飯店裡最棒的一間了！這裡只有幾間房，即使滿房也不會太多人，整個飯店與山林融為一體，就像住在大自然裡。床鋪舒適好睡，飯店的餐點便宜好吃，最可愛的是飯店的狗狗BUDDY，會陪著房客健行，還會帶著我們走私房秘境。飯店的櫃台服務人員LOUISE是位荷蘭人，凡事親力親為，提供不少寮國旅遊資訊，讓我們的住宿體驗非常愉快，擁有很棒的回憶。」

「Ich hatte wunderschöne, entspannte Tage im Santi Resort und Spa in Luang Prabang. Ich schreibe selten Bewertungen, aber dieses Mal ist es mir ein Bedürfnis, denn alle Angestellten waren sehr freundlich zu mir und ich fühlte mich sehr wohl, bekam sogar ein Upgrade in die Suite, ganz herzlichen Dank nochmals! Sehr gutes Essen, entspannte Lage in der Natur mit den Lotusteichen und den Gärten, der Pool und die schönen Ausblicke. Sehr gerne wieder! Kop Chai Lai Lai!」

「The room we got was a bit dated. Quite a few damage amenities in the room. Limited t.v channels. Dirty sheets and pillows. Cold and limited breakfast. Carry your own luggage. Quite far from city center and will cost 100,000 kp one way. Free tuk tuk to the airport, but don’t forget to grab your own luggage. 」

「Zimmer an sich in Ordnung, alles ist sehr sauber. Nur leider hat unsere Dusche bzw. Der Duschkopf nicht funktioniert, dieses Problem konnte während unseres Aufenthalts leider nicht gelöst werden. Das Personal war zwar immer bemüht nur leider ärgerte man sich mit Kleinigkeiten rum, wie dass auf einmal die Schlüsselkarte nicht funktioniert und auch das Shuttle nicht zuverlässig ist. Das Frühstück ist sehr klein aber ausreichend. Das Hotel an sich ist sehr hellhörig man kann die Wasserrohre hören...
