Since this is an apartment/air bnb concept. The agent/owner should have emailed the guest on check in procedure once the booking has been received. I have to call a few times in order to get the owner to give me the instruction to enter his property. The wall has drilled holes all over and not clean. The bathroom floor is wet and smelly. My chocolate in my bag attracted black ants and hence got bitten in my sleep. The kettle tripped the electrical fuse, resulted in blackout. Good thing is I know how to fix it. The wifi provided is so slow, couldn't even surf FaceBook and couldn't even play Spotify.
