Irresponsible and unprofessional service

I booked and paid for a non smoking room but they check in me for a smoking room. When I called the reception and query they just give me the reason the hotel is out of non smoking room. I requested for a clean up and I waited for 1hour no one shown up. I went down to the reception and complain then. They then simply change me to smaller room and ask me to go and have a look myself. That's definitely no! So I have no choice and to walk out of the hotel and find a new hotel myself!!!

oved the hotel itself, but i was not happy about the cash deposit for each night.....i already paid for the nights and am unsure what the deposit is for? the staff would not talk to me through whatsapp to confirm or answer my questions.

Misleading booking offering

On my booking stated a queen bed instead it is not available and gave me a deluxe bed. The room was so tight , almost everything not working (shower head, toilet ventilation,hand bidet holder) The room was situated next to the main road and MRT therefore a loud noise makes you sleepless. I suspected that room was reserved for perhaps tourist guide etc.

The room is not bad although it's looks a bit old fashion. The room was clean as well. But without mini fridge. The wifi internet a bit slow. Overall is acceptable with this room rate.

A good & quiet hotel to stay for business purpose.

Checked in at about 6.30 p.m. Unable to find the road leading to the hotel after the traffic light at Persiaran Meranti due to a lot food stalls distracting the views. It is just a short distance actually (50 meter) before turning right to Persiaran Cempaka leading to the hotel. Using digital apps to guide you is recommended. The hotel looks aging but the amenities and cleanliness is superb. Friendly staff at the check in counter, coffee house and quick room service. The air conditioner was good, quiet and cold - can have a very tight sleep :-) The food served during the breakfast is according to the local menus with fruits. Cereals are also available. Overall, value for money for a business trip stay..

Comfort hotel, but quite remote area beside mainro

Next time the frontdesk make sure can speak Bahasa Malaysia please. The hotels look like very Chinese-Pro hotel.
