Cleanliness is absolutely under the expectation. Of course I ain’t expecting a five star hotel standard but it is just poor. Definitely won’t recommend. However there are plenty of eateries at the area. Guardian & Watson are nearby too if you need any necessities. Some more the staff charged me extra money when I checked in and said the price will be different when pay at the venue due to some fees that I didn’t understand.

So far everything is ok with the price,aircond nice very cool..outside also nice,not difficult to find food for halal and non halal food,easy to get uber,grab and taxi..also have bank..but i think need to check roof because sometimes i hear some voice like mice at roof sorry to comment about that..

Not as nice as pics made out

The photos definitely caught the best side for this hotel - in reality, the rooms felt a lot smaller and darker and they weren't sparkling clean, with ants in the bathroom. Wifi wasn't great (only an issue as I was travelling on business) and there was a kettle but no teabags / anything to make a drink with when arriving late at night. It certainly wasn't the worst hotel I've stayed in and it did the job of a place to stay near where I was working, but I was definitely disappointed on arrival and wouldn't stay again.

This is not a standard hotel as expected， this is a guest house or a boutique hotel instead。 The room and corridor in this place is clean and tidy，the bed is comfortable，staff are ok for me，friendly with smile，but the toilet roll is fitted into the wrong place，it's under the rainfall shower，each time after the shower the toilet paper got malted !!

On the day we reach, no water supply and was not inform during check in. Only realise when I wanted to have a shower. Room paid for the same amount and this time we get a smaller room. We only two ppl staying. But due to comfort we book a triple room. But disappointed.

The first room they give me the air con is not working, and there is a few corcoh in the bath room, when ask to check the air com and ask to change the room , the front office seen like not very happy for this.
