Hyatt Centric City Centre Kuala Lumpur
Queues for breakfast - both outside of the restaurant and once inside. Breakfast revenue not scaled to the number of hotel guests. Left without eating after all the waiting, firs t outside and then when I saw the queue for the omelettes.
