「Good: Friendly staffs, Running reliable hot showers, nice interior design, bed comfort was good/average, great location next to mall & restaurants, bottled water & towels were provided, no curfews 24-7. Bad: Almost all rooms have no windows (& this was not mentioned in room description), toilet bowl & shower walls needs proper scrubbing, smart TV remote was not functioning, no toiletaries (no soap, shampoo etc). 「Staff super nice and helpful, location is ideal in Miri, bed is comfortable. That said, the hotel shows his age and would need refurbishing urgently, especially the bathrooms. I was assigned a room that I did not like at first, but thankfully they were kind enough to give me a better looking one and it turned out to be quiet and comfortable. 」

「房間沒有廁所板，晚上經理沒有客人批准下進入房間修理，酒店有點殘舊，位置在市中心的邊緣，步行約五分鐘就能到繁榮的街道，還不錯，酒店所在位置容易找到。有私人浴室，沒有升降機，沒有廚房(但在馬拉吃東西都很便宜)，入住前或退房後放行李是可以的。有免費wifi及冷氣」
