Truly excellent

Hotel was really lovely. Room was incredibly clean and well looked after. Hotel felt clean and staff were friendly. Hotel was roughly 5 minutes walk from the beach and bars/restaurants. Amazing price for the room and would 100% stop again.

It was just ok

Nice new hotel, very clean. Breakfast really poor though, everything served cold even sausages and fried eggs. Waste of time paying extra for jacuzzi room cause only one room has proper jacuzzi, rest of them just a bath with bit of bubbles in the bathroom. Big plus for Netflix.

Although this hotel presents as a ‘boutique’ property, it really isn’t. Room was nicely decorated but very small. Complete lack of storage. One cupboard with 6 hangers. No drawers. Not enough space for two people to hang a weeks worth of clothing. Bathroom nice but small. Water took ages to heat up and floor flooded every time. Swimming pool looks nice but was freezing - the sun doesn’t hit it until the afternoon so always cold. Only a handful of sunloungers so this would be an issue in the height of summer. Breakfast was limited and the cooked food was cold (there is a microwave to reheat). There is a list of rules by reception which includes not eating/drinking in your room, despite a full size fridge provided! As there is a lack of any other public space on a rainy day you’d be expected to stay in your room with no food/drink!! A pleasant enough stay for a decent price but wouldn’t return.

Pictures do not do justice at all, otherwise we would have received something different than what we booked and paid for. The cleaning is non-existent and the room is small and really noisy. The Ilio Hotel was quite new, but there were some things not good. The bed sheets were loose, so they were all over the place. When showering, the whole bathroom was soaking wet because there was no shower curtain. The breakfast was included, but only after a little discussion. And still had to pay for the coffee, 400 lek.

The room only had one lamp. No bedside light. The curtains didn't cover the whole window+door. And they were so long floating on the floor. The lights in the bedroom and bathroom were flickering all the time. The room smelled like sewage. Only one key available. No hooks to hang anything on. Not even in the bathroom. Almost no room for opening the suitcase. Not much space to place your stuff on. There were ants on the floor. The safe was a small box not attached to anything so someone could just take it with them. No chairs or table in the room. One chair outside room. The breakfast was not very nice. And you need to come early because they didn't refill when things ran out. Like juice, cutlery, bowls etc. Doesn't seem like the hotel is done. Very unsatisfied with the stay.

Not what we expected!

The hotel looks real good from the outside but its not what it looks like at all At arrival we where told there was no room for us. They said another guest had to stay another night so they gave them our room. They said they had another room across the street. When having a look at it it was not at all the same standard. This was basic apartment for rent 200m away. There was no will from the staff to make up for it. When we said that we booked 4 nights at the actuall hotell and asked us if they could do anything for us they just said we rented a room and they gave us one, even tho it wasnt at the same property. The bathroom had a horrible smell and upon asking the staff to do something about it they told us just to open the balcony door which they also did in our rooms when we were not there. Did not feel safe to come back to open doors with all our luggage in there. The rooms look good but there is a lot of things that need to be better. There is no exhaust ventilation in the room niether the bathroom. So if you shower the whole room get moisturized. Two out of the three days we stayed there where no hot water to shower. Only plus is a very nice housekeeping staff who are very helpful when asking for help.

Tatilimiz baƟladığı anda zehir oldu ve giriƟ anketinde 1 puan vererek Ɵikayetimizi dile getirdik. Sabah kahvaltıya giderken adeta önĂŒmĂŒz kesildi ki hala gĂŒleryĂŒzlĂŒydĂŒk. Efendim benim hep 10 puanım siz niye 1 verdiniz iğrenç bir koku olduğunu söylediğimizde hayatımda duyduğum en komik cevabı aldım koku odada değil dÄ±ĆŸarda yani burası otel dÄ±ĆŸsrda da olmamalı koku ama bir oda kokusu verseler anlayÄ±ĆŸ gösterebileceğimiz olay ĂŒst perdeden bir konuƟma ile çözĂŒmsĂŒz kaldı. Ben kulak burun boğaz doktoruyum koku almayla ilgili herhangi bir problemim yok paranasal sinĂŒs tomografim tamamiyle salim ama o beyefendi kesinlikle koku problemine sahip. Koku o kadar iğrençti ki dayanamayıp checkin den 1 gĂŒn önce otelden check out yaptık. Kahvaltı ortalama idi ne kötĂŒ ne iyi genel olarak tam bir piƟmanlık tatiliydi. Die Unterkunft befand sich perfekt zentral so das alle StrĂ€nde in ca. 5 min bis 10 min zu Fuß erreichbar waren ( BoraBora/Ksamil Beach ect.) Die Unterkunft selbst, sehr sauber/gerĂ€umig eingerichtet. Das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend!Das FrĂŒhstĂŒcken war sehr lecker und jeden Tag frisch. Alles in tipptopp Zustand > 10 Sterne !!!

A estrutura, localização e limpeza do quarto foram excelentes. O tratamento de alguns funcionårios foi bem ruim. Tivemos um mal entendido sobre o acesso ao terraço e fomos tratados de uma maneira super grosseira pelo funcionårio. Ele foi super ríspido e ainda virou as costas para nós e nos deixou falando.
