Blue Eye Hotel is an absolute gem! From the moment we arrived, Ledjon and his family made us feel so welcome. Their hospitality is second to none – nothing was ever too much trouble. They arranged taxis, gave us incredible recommendations for restaurants, and shared local tips that made exploring so easy. Their warmth and attentiveness truly elevated our stay. The hotel itself is outstanding: modern, spotless, and beautifully maintained. The rooms are stylish and comfortable, the WiFi is excellent, and the location couldn’t be better – just a short walk to the beach, town centre, and with bus stops close by. If you’d like to experience authentic Albanian cuisine, don’t miss the Museum Restaurant – recommended by Ledjon and now by us too. The food was absolutely amazing and a real highlight of our trip. This is more than just a hotel – it’s a place where you feel genuinely looked after. Our trip was unforgettable thanks to the Blue Eye Hotel team, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Highly, highly recommended!

Nice stay in cosy hotel

Nice small hotel near everything (beaches, restaurants, bars etc.) Good bed! Service was very kind, friendly and helpful. The garage and help with parking in there was great. Breakfast was fresh. Highly recommended.

Very new build so all the rooms and amenities are very modern and nice. Very close walk to the beach only 5 or so minutes.The owners were unbelievably friendly and attentive to details, clearly very passionate about what they do and made the stay that much more enjoyable!!!

Familjeägt litet hotell som är väldigt serviceinriktade, mycket bra frukost som serveras på takterrassen och dessutom har hotellet ett garage för dig som har bilen med dig. Rummen är rymliga med fräscha badrum och balkong/uteplats. Vi bodde i rum 101 och det var topp! Poolen är välskött och härliga solsängar finns att slappa i. Det här hotellet har ett bra läge trots att det inte ligger vid vattnet. På bara 5-10 minuters promenad kommer du till det kristallklara vattnet där du kan hyra trampbåt och längs med vägen finns flera restauranger och markets. Skulle rekommendera det här hotellet till alla som besöker Ksamil! The Best!

Accueil très sympas le responsable nous a accueilli avec un grand sourire et nous a prêté des serviettes pour la plage. Chambre lumineuse avec balcon vue sur piscine. La piscine était fraîche mais agréable. Petit déjeuner plutôt correct avec terrasse. Parking en sous sol pour l’hôtel c’est parfait.

I have stayed in 20 countries so far but I have never met such friendly and helpful hotel owners. Whatever you ask, they help you very politely. A very nice and clean family hotel. The location is right in the middle of the center and the sea, you can reach everywhere both day and night. Even the bus to Saranda is 1-2 minutes away by foot. The breakfast is quite sufficient and the service is clean.

Erg fijn kleinschalig hotel op een top locatie in Ksamil. Op loopafstand van veel restaurants, strand en winkels, maar net even buiten de grootste drukte. De locatie is perfect. De parkeergarage is een uitkomst, want in heel Ksamil is het vrijwel onmogelijk om te parkeren. Wil je met de bus? De halte is een paar minuten lopen. Een hele vriendelijke familie runt het hotel, ze zorgen bijvoorbeeld ook voor een heerlijk zelfgemaakt ontbijtbuffet, met veel variantie en goede koffie. Ook het zwembad is heerlijk en verrassend groot. De kamer was modern, schoon en goed ingericht. Fijne douche, schuifpui naar het terras, perfect!

A perfect hotel!

If I could give this hotel 11 out of 10, I would. Perfect pool, bar access upstairs and downstairs, free parking underground, beds comfy w/great aircon, and sheets/towels changed everyday. Free breakfast everyday of high quality, hotel owner incredibly friendly and helpful. Great value for money, would 110% recommend a stay here!

Excellent hotel

I recommend this hotel, everything is clean and new, the bed is comfortable, the room and other spaces are beautiful, the pool area is well maintained, the family that manages the hotel is very kind and attentive. The breakfast is simple but delicious, everything is delicious and the options change daily. The location of the hotel is perfect, you can reach the best places in Ksamil in a few minutes by walking. Up the street from the hotel there are many restaurants, markets, souvenir shops. You can also take a bus from Sarande or Butrit, the bus stop is 2 minutes from the hotel and costs 150LEK per person. You may hear noise from other guests sometimes, but this is not a big problem.

Great hotel!

This was a lovely new hotel. We were met with a warm welcome and shown straight to our room even though we were a little early. Breakfast was lovely - buffet style on the rooftop terrace with lots of options including homemade traditional delights and fresh coffee. The room was clean and comfortable. The only negative is that due to the hard floors, you could hear guests moving around in the room above. You could also hear some noise from the adjoining rooms and the corridors.

Highly recommended

An excellent choice for Ksamil - a clean and modern hotel, with a spacious pool side area and rooftop bar for breakfast. The owners were very welcoming and super helpful. The room had everything needed, and the bed and pillows were top quality. Highly recommended!
