Pool and Spa Area. Good food in both restaurants with wonderful views to the Lake side. Spacy and quiet with lots of places to relax or to work. Nice rooms with all armenties. ONLY: its not appropriate to knock every door by 9 in the morning to ask for roomservice. This should be stopped. "

"Fantastic stay, staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean and food at the restaurant very good. A little bit in an expensive side but well presented and tasty. Loved the indoor and outdoor pools. There is lots to do for kids and adults and the view from our room was fabulous. We will definitely stay again."

"Three nights at the hotel were very nice. The hotel is situated right at the Poprad River. It offers a variety of great spa activities and treatments. The restaurant is very good, the breakfast was wonderful. There are lots of opportunities for activities nearby. Our room was not big, but cozy and clean. There is a railway line about 50 metres from the hotel, so if you have a dog's sleep ask for a room with the river view."

"too croudy. the restaurant was crowdy & noisy. the staf were not able to refill the food . sometime you cant find cups& tea spoon. they didnt renew the placement', .i talked with the manager of the reception, he done nothing. bad experience"

Customer service was nice to us, after informing Small suites, no too much space between bed/sofa and wall. if you are there in summer time and you need a bit warmer room please let the front desk know in advance and they will make it happen, I didn’t do it and later when I tried to request it was difficult to get a hold with front desk since phones in rooms doesn’t work and my special communication...

"I do like the structure, those enclosed bridges allowing you to enjoy the view is really amazing. Customer service was nice to us, after informing Small suites, no too much space between bed/sofa and wall. if you are there in summer time and you need a bit warmer room please let the front desk know in advance and they will make it happen, I didn’t do it and later when I tried to request it was difficult to get a hold with front desk since phones in rooms doesn’t work and my special communication with front desk it didn’t work at that time , son we slept in cold room . was cold that night. We didn’t get to enjoy the restaurant, when we went there no one greet us or pay attention to us. That was weird , so we went to next hotel up the hill and we had good dinner there . other than that, we will recommend this hotel for a nice family time ."
