"Great place to stay"

"The gentleman couldnt find my hotel.com reservation, so he put a $100 hold on my credit card for several days. There was no food on the breakfast bar and there was still 45 minutes before breakfast was over. There was no plates, we were told they were all in the dishwasher. Only waffles to eat out of bowls. Then when food was brought out, it was some microwaved chicken tenders. They clearly didnt expect.people that dont live there to come down to eat. The elevator was broken. I just had a hip replacement and once I got all the way up the stairs with my belongings, the door keys didnt work and I had to travel all the way back down.to the lobby. Its clear that the only money put into the hotel was to update the lobby, as the rooms are antiquated with old appliances and cigarette burns on the tub. Once we.got in our rooms, there was.nothing to explain check out time or breakfast hours. I was TRULY upset that I paid the amount I did for a subpar hotel, and plan on contacting management, as I would like some type of compensation. "

"The shuttle was good. The room was decent with a nice bathroom. The problem was the internet. It was unusable all night and morning too. I needed to get things done on my laptop and the signal was too weak. That ruined the stay for me and I left early so I could go somewhere else to get work done. Not ever going back"

"The staff is rude and not very helpful there is never any towels or washcloths or hand towels in the rooms and when you ask for them they get an attitude about having to give them to you when they do bring them to you they are not the cleanest "

"Room nice and big, Breakfast was good. Only issue was they do not tell you that you need to request room cleaning. 1st day they didn't touch the room, 2nd day all they did was drop off fresh towels. The room was never cleaned during the Thur-Sun stay. A little disappointment. "

"The place smelled clean, carpets vacuumed, BUT..bathroom was GROSS. Tub was disguting needed to wear flip-flops to shower in it which we couldn't because the drain backed up within minutes to your ankles. Also somebody else's hair left in the sink and very obvious nobody is scrubbing the floor tile. The flooring in the room was vinyl plank which would be great if it appeared as if they had washed recently. The entire building was falling apart which was a shame because you could tell that it was a gem of a hotel when it was built"

"Do not stay here! Not uncommon to have multiple car windows smashed out with baseball bats! No one at front desk seemed fazed! They were prepared with 2 shop vacs to lend us to clean glass from our cars. "

"The location next to the convention center was ideal. The restaurant was great. We never got room service for three nights and the bed was too hard for my liking. "
