Luxury lodge in a beautiful, well stocked private part of the Kruger. The ranger and tracker staff were outstanding and so every safari (3 mornings, 3 evenings and a walking safari) were each wonderful and all different. Having safaried before in Kenya and Zimbabwe, this was by far the best experience. Great food and other interesting guests just added to the overall experience.
The stay at the Inyati lodge was just incredible: personalized welcome by Dominique, the restaurant with refined dishes, the superbly decorated room, large and comfortable. The terrace overlooking the river...
We saw the ''Big 5'' with the two game drives (one in the afternoon and another in the morning). Diff, our guide and driver, brought us into contact with two lions and four (!) leopards. Without forgetting the rhino (without horn, unfortunately...). Thank you Diff, you're the best!
Inyati is unbeatable value for money. A wonderful stay in our memories. Thank you all.

This is a beautiful lodge in a great location. We loved our room. It was spacious, comfortable, and luxurious. I enjoyed the outdoor shower! The turn-down service was special, and all the housekeeping staff, including escorts and bellhops, were top-notch. We loved our meals, too. The staff at reception (Dominique) and the dining room were all kind, capable, and attentive. We even bought clothing at the Curio shop, so we could "wear" fond memories back home. The only negative was our ranger, George. He was not our cup of tea. He detracted from the game drives with his insulting manner. We learned a lot more from our ranger at our other lodge. While we did see lions, they were always sleeping. Made me wonder if Sabi Sabi is drugging the lions? We had no luck seeing lions or leopards doing anything other than sleeping. The lion cubs didn't play, and the pride didn't even walk! The vehicles were fine, and the terrain is amazing. We did enjoy seeing elephants eating and interacting. They were the highlight, and we saw one leopard cub eating an impala. How often do you see that? Not often in my experience. Amazing! Rhinos and hippos were spotted also.
Lodge was just renovated and everything is stylish and new! Staff are super friendly and helpful and food and drinks were great.
Rangers and trackers are top notch and vehicles are comfortable and in great condition.
Animals were abundant, we saw the big 5 within 24 hours of being there - 2 being on the lawn of the lodge at checkin.
We had a wonderful 2.5 day stay at Inyati. Our guides, Darren and Nelson were the best! Each game drive was insightful and fun. We saw the big 5 and learned so much more about the animals, their patterns, behavior etc. Each day was different and exhilarating. The staff could not be nicer. The facilities are all clean and kept nicely. The rooms are very spacious although maybe a little bit outdated. Food was excellent. I would highly, highly recommend. We have zero regrets in staying here and would do so again.

Inyati was a wonderful experience. Guides for game runs were great. We had 3 hour game runs each day at 6:30 a.m. and 3:30 pm and saw all the animals close up. Good food and wonderful staff. Our guide, Matt and receptionist, Maralise were outstanding.
The service, guide and tracker were superb! It was our first safari experience and it did not disappoint. We were able to see all big 5 within the first game drive and the rare wild dogs on the second. Special thanks to our guide and tracker, Omega and Rodgar. They were awesome!
We went to another safari in Chobe but were so disappointed. Everyone in Inyati has set the bar really high!
The only set back was that there is no wifi and tv in the rooms, only in the common area. Back to basics which works well. Finally get to cut off from electronics and to enjoy what nature has to offer.
You will not be disappointed.
When we arrived the first night, there was a hippo grazing on the lawn and two hyenas walked past whilst we were having dinner. We were told that Inyati was the only lodge in the area which doesn’t have fencing around to stop the animals wondering in- something we loved.
Our room was HUGE, food plentiful and the staff/guides were amazing. Game drives were out of this world and groups were kept small to ensure the best viewing! We saw the top 5 and plenty more.
We are so pleased we picked inyati and Sabi Sands. The other reserves supposedly don’t let game drivers go off road for the big 5.
Don’t hesitate, just go.
This lodge surpassed expectations. The accommodation is good and the food very good without being over the top. Swimming pool is also nice. The best part is the morning and evening game drives which allowed us to see all we hoped for and more. The rangers got us very close to the animals and were very knowledgeable and patient with our constant questions!
