「Jeg bodde på Heritage Hotel i Ljubljana i 7 dager, og jeg har bare positive ting å si. Dette er et lite og sjarmerende hotell som ligger midt i hjertet av sentrum. Jeg har bodd på mange hoteller tidligere, men servicen her var på et helt annet nivå, spesielt når det gjelder renhold. Man føler seg rett og slett hjemme.
